Our prime center-cut NY Strip is packed with unbelievable flavor and prepared with just a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, secret garlic butter…no more, no less…just perfect

Our 16oz Bone-In Chop is spiced and seasoned then char-grilled perfectly – served with our own apple-citrus glaze or try a finishing sauce.

PJ’s Particularly Perfect Herbed Chicken
Chicken Breast drizzled with our herb seasonings, char-broiled and topped with our unique Orange Brandy Sauce

Penne with Olives, Tomatoes and Artichokes tossed in Olive Oil, Pesto, Garlic and a splash of white wine. 


Linguine with Clams and Chilies Olive Oil mingles with white wine and the sweet juices of seafood & ends with a zing.

 
Fettuccini Pesto Prawns Large Shrimp sautéed with our Creamy Garlic Basil Pesto Sauce & gently folded into Fettuccini.
